Dennis Chang
Founder and Partner
Dennis Chang is the Managing Partner of the Bruce Lee Family Companies and CEO/Founder of Black Buddha Media Group (BBMG), an award-winning global creative and brand management agency. In his role with the Bruce Lee Family Companies, Dennis oversees global IP brand strategy, strategic partnerships, revenue, and operations across entertainment, licensing, marketing, and the Bruce Lee Foundation.
As a proven operator, entrepreneur and senior media executive, Dennis has built and scaled businesses at the intersection of media, brand and consumer markets. He has extensive expertise in advertising, marketing and digital, with a strong track record of helping companies grow, attract investment, and position themselves for acquisition. Prior to founding BBMG, Dennis led strategy and revenue at HelloSociety, guiding the company to its successful sale to The New York Times Company. He also served as Vice President at Turner Digital, where he was responsible for business development and strategic partnerships across Turner’s sports, news, and entertainment properties, including NBA Digital, NCAA Digital, Bleacher Report, CNN.com and TNT.tv. Earlier in his career Dennis was Head of Sales for The Huffington Post, contributing to its growth and eventual acquisition by AOL.
Drawing on this background, Dennis now leverages his operational experience to support small and midsize business owners with expansion strategies, value creation plans and performance improvement mandates. His focus is on helping entrepreneurs scale through brand building, revenue growth, and capital partnerships, while also guiding businesses in preparing for liquidity events—whether through capital injection, mergers or acquisitions.
Dennis holds an A.B. in Psychology from Princeton University.

Mike Sullivan
Founder and Partner
Mike (or "Sully") has spent nearly his entire career involved in middle and lower-middle market transactions of all stripes and industries, having acted as an investor, advisor, principal and beneficiary from hundreds of closed middle market and lower-middle transactions. Prior to forming RC Mike was an Operating Partner and Group CFO for the Banyan Companies, a family office whose investments consisted of primarily middle-market industrial holdings. Prior to Banyan Mike was a Partner in the M&A Group at Grant Thornton. Mike’s extensive experience also includes serving as CFO of The Pilot Group, a private equity firm managing over $800 million in assets, where he was integral in managing several portfolio companies.
Sully holds a B.S. in Accounting from Boston College.
